Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- There are no handles for this item, new handles can be purchased online and these are easy to fit.
Security
- 7 point ‘Avantis’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 6 keys.
Opening
- Internally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £350 total inc VAT, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.
Glass would be of the highest quality: 24mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
