uPVC French Doors, bespoke made to the highest quality, with Laminated Glazing which would cost near £1,000 alone.
Would cost around £2,500 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Was only installed in a newly built home for 6 months.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Has a crack in one of the sidelight casements (see photos), however, this is purely cosmetic and could be easily filled.
Security
- 8 point ‘Ingenious’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 4 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 44cm in width.
- Just the frame width is 149cm.
- The width with just one sidelight is 193cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
