Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Very light scratch mark internally on the frame, however this is hardly noticeable.

Security

• High quality 7 point ‘Avantis’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 6 ‘Avantis’ keys.
• Could be upgraded to ‘Kubu Smart Lock’ by installing ‘Kubu Smart Kit’.

Opening

• Internally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Toplight

• The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 230.1 cm.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £345 total inc VAT.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 28 mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Rosewood) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
