Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There are slight chips on the edge of the sidelight frame, however, these could be covered with trim on installation (see photos).
• There are a few screw holes in the frame, however these could easily be filled (please see last photos).

Missing Parts

The sidelight coupler are missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• 4 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Toplight

• Just the toplight / window is 34.7cm in height and can be removed if required.
• This would leave just the door frame height of 209cm.

Sidelight / Window

• There are multiple widths to the sidelight/windows, see below the sizes:
• Sidelight width: 79.6cm
• Sidelight width: 156.5cm
• The sidelights can be fitted either side.
• Just the frame width is 178.2cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Rosewood) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Brown coloured furniture.
