Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Screw holes on the internal side of the doors (see photos) which could be easily filled.
• Cosmetic scratch on the interior of one door (see photos) which does not affect the operation or integrity of the doors.
• 3 of the locking points are missing (see photos), however these could be purchased online and installed by your fitter.

Security

• 5 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘ERA’ keys.

Opening

• Internally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 59.1cm in width.
• Just the frame width is 119.6cm.
• The width with just one sidelight is 178.7cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
