Upvc White French Doors
uPVC French Doors.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
These are modern door with a FS70 Sculptured system.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Small split in the gasket on the external side by the handle. Please see last photo.
Security
- 7 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 6 ‘Carl F’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Sidelight / Window
- The sidelight / window on its own is: 50.8cm in width and can be removed if required.
- Just the frame width is 158.9cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
