uPVC French Doors with toplight and sidelights.
Would cost around £2,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
Security
- 5 point locking system making it very secure.
- Has had a new barrel fitted and comes complete with 3 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Toplight
- The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 203.9cm.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 38cm in width.
- Just the frame width is 160.5cm.
- The width with just one sidelight is 198.5cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing on the toplight. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace the four units. We can order new glazing at a cost of £145 total including VAT.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
