Not sure on the exact age of this product, but its modern and appears to have seen little use.

These doors were previously installed as a corner set (see photos), but they could also be installed in a straight line (some adjustments may be needed).

The two end sidelights are 100.6 cm in width

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There is a crack on the beading for one door, which was previously rectified using a screw (see photos). New beading can be purchased online.
• The missing pane of glazing has now been installed and will come with the door on delivery.

Missing Parts

One of the internal vents is missing, however, these can be purchased online.

Security

• 9 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 93.9cm in width.
• Just the frame width is 148.8cm.
• The width with just one sidelight is 242.7cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
