Upvc White French Doors
uPVC French Doors.
Would cost around £2,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
These doors have been installed internally as a divide so are in excellent condition and have not been exposed to the elements.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Small marks on the external handles. Part(s) are metal and so could easily be hidden with some touch up paint or replaced.
Security
- 7 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 37.8cm in width.
- Just the frame width is 149.9cm.
- The width with just one sidelight is 187.7cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
