Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
Security
- 7 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Toplight
- The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 201.4cm.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 58.4cm in width.
- Just the frame width is 118.9cm.
- The width with just one sidelight is 177.3cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
