We are not sure on the exact age of these doors, but they look modern, are in excellent condition, and have seen little use.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• The width in the table opposite is for the doors and sidelights if installed in a straight line, like in our backdrop photos. For this you will need to get two straight couplers to connect the end sidelights – these can be purchased online, and easily installed by a competent fitter.
• This can also be installed in a U-shape by using corner-pieces/couplers, which will come with the doors (see our installed photos). Width for the front side (doors and fixed sidelights) would then be 351.3cm, and the sides (casement sidelights) would then have a width of 93.2cm each.
• There are no keys for the casement windows, however they can be locked shut from the inside by turning the handles – new handles complete with keys can be purchased online for a low expense and fitted easily, if desired.

Security

• 11 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 6 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
