Condition

• Pre-owned, previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• The gasket has split, however you can purchased replacement gasket online (see photos).
• There are some chips to the top section of the frame (see photos) which could be covered by trim when installed.
• There is a crack on the bottom section of the frame, however, this could be filled and touched up by your fitter (see photos).

Security

• 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
