Would cost around £2,500 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- There are two small cuts on the top of the frame. Once installed with trim, these would be concealed.
- Two hinge cap covers are missing, however these can be purchased online.
Missing Parts
- The top part of the locking strip is missing (see photos), however these can be purchased online at a low expense. The door still operates and locks without this section of the strip.
Security
- 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 6 ‘Carl F’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 85.5cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 169.1cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 254.6cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
