Upvc White French Doors
uPVC French Doors in White, bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Three of the hinges have chipped paint (see photos) which could be easily touched up. This is purely cosmetic and doesn’t effect the operation of the hinges in any way.
- The sill is slightly discoloured by weathering, however we can supply a brand new sill at an additional cost – please contact us for a quote.
- Marks around the edges of the frame from the previous installation which would be hidden by trim when the doors are installed again.
- There are some scuffs on the frame caused by operating the shoot bolts. This is also purely cosmetic, and doesn’t affect the operation or integrity of the shoot bolts.
Security
- Has 2 ‘Chubb’ shoot-bolts on the inside for extra security.
- 4 point locking system made by ‘Ferco’, making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘Unitec’ key.
- There are no keys for the shoot-bolts, however they can still operate and secure the doors without keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
