Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Residue mastic around the frame this can be covered by trim.
• Light marks in places some of these can be touched up and removed.
• 4 small crew holes on one of the side lights from previous alarm system. Also 4 screw holes that have been filled on the internal door and frame.
• Sill End Caps missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• 7 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 4 keys (3 for the main traffic door and 1 for the other door).

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 68.2cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 168.5cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 236.7cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
