Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Leaded Georgian bars have been removed from the external side of the right-hand door (see photos). This has left adhesive residue which could be covered by replacing the missing leaded bars.
• Paint mark on a hinge (see photos) which could be easily removed using solvent.
• Brand new sill end caps are included with the doors.

Security

• 3 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Sidelight / Window

• There are multiple widths to the sidelight/windows, see below the sizes:
• Sidelight width: 29.5cm
• Sidelight width: 30.2cm
• The sidelights can be fitted either side.
• Just the frame width is 120.4cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has leaded diamond design externally & inside the glazing. This cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would have to replace the glazing entirely.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
