uPVC White French Doors With Sidelights
uPVC French Doors with Sidelights in White, bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £2,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- These doors were installed inside (see photos) so are in excellent/ very clean condition on both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Paint is chipped on the exterior handle which could be easily touched up or replaced.
- Slight scuffs on the hinges which could also be touched up – these are purely cosmetic and do not effect the operation of the hinges in any way.
- Small chip on the edge of the main traffic door which is also a purely cosmetic defect.
- Some marks around the edges of the frames from the previous installations which will be concealed by trim when the doors and sidelights are installed again.
- Both sidelight couplers (to attach the sidelights to the French Door frame) and 2 lengths of trim (to cover the couplers gap) are missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- 7 point ‘Mila’ and ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
- The door has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys.
- The windows come with 2 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 36.8cm in width.
- Just the French doors frame width is 144.4cm.
- The width with just one sidelight is 181.2cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has white Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the glazing – please contact us for a quote.
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
