• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Screw holes on either side of the frame (see photos) which could be easily filled.
• Light cosmetic marks on the doors (see photos) which could be touched up.
• Cosmetic chips and scratches to the bottom section of the frame (see photos) which do not affect the operation or integrity of the doors.

Security

• 4 point ‘FERCO’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Q-Line’ key.

Opening

• Internally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
