• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Light marks on the door (see photos), however this will not effect the integrity of the door and could easily be touched up.
• The gasket seal is torn in places (see photos). However, replacements can be purchased online and are easy to fit.
• Small crack on the frame (see photos), however this could be filled.
• Paint chips on all hinges. These however are metal and could easily be touched up/ painted.

Missing Parts

• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Security

• 5 point ‘Roto’ locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• No glazing for this item, however new glazing has been ordered and will be with us shortly.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
