Condition

• Crack on the top internal and on the side of the frame this can also be covered by trim for a low expense.
• 1 of the long beading sections has been repaired with filler – this can be replaced online or by your fitter.

Security

• 7 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 6 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
