Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- There are some cosmetic dents in the beading (see photos) which do not effect the integrity of the product. Replacement beading could be purchased online and installed by your fitter, if desired.
- Light marks along bottom of doors (see photos), these are only cosmetic and do not effect the function of the door.
- Small screw hole on the edge of one sidelight (see photos) which could be filled or covered with trim.
- Rubber gasket is slightly frayed (see photos), replacement beading can be purchased online and is easy to fit.
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 50cm in width.
- Just the frame width is 149.8cm.
- The width with just one sidelight is 199.8cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 20mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has leaded pattern design externally on the glazing toplight with a decorative rose design.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
