Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Scratches on the handles and edge of the main door (see photos) – these could be easily touched up.
• Marks around the edge of the frame from the previous installation, however these will be concealed when installed again with trim.
• Small crack to the corner of the frame (see photos) – this could be easily filled.
• Scuff to the surface of the glass (see photos) – this is purely cosmetic and does not effect the functionality of the glazing.

Security

• 7 point locking system, making it very secure. The right-hand door does not have a handle and is locked using top/bottom shoot bolts.
• Comes with 1 ‘Roto’ key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
