Upvc White French Doors
uPVC French Doors, bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places with 4 screw holes on the the top of the frame — these can be covered by trim when installed.
- Paint pealing from hinges, these could be sprayed or replaced please see last photos.
- Residue mastic around the frame this can be removed with a scrapper or covered by trim for a low expense.
Security
- 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 ‘ISEO’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
