Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Slight discoloration to the exterior side of the door due to weathering.
• Some scratches and paint chips to the handles and hinges (see photos) – these could be easily touched up and do not effect the operation of the door.
• Some light scuff marks to the surface of the door and frame which could be easily touched up.
• End cap missing on one of the six hinges (see photos) – this is on a bottom hinge, so you could replace it with an end cap from a top hinge which would be less visible. They are also available to buy online for a small expense.
• End cap cracked on one end of the sill (see photos) – these can also be purchased online for a small expense.

Security

• 7 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ high security locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘ISEO’ key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
