uPVC French Doors in white.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Paint is weathered on the hinges (see photos), as is expected on pre-owned items. This is purely cosmetic, does not affect the operation of the hinges, and could be touched up.
- There are some cosmetic scratches (see photos) which could also be touched up.
Security
- 5 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
