Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

Security

• High quality 7 point ‘Maco’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Q-Line’ key.
• Key for the sidelight windows are missing, but can still be locked shut from the inside, just not child locked. You can order new handles online for £5 delivered should you require keys.
  

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 96.6cm in width.
• Sidelights are top opening – see photos.
• Just the frame width is 159.6 cm.
• The width with just one sidelight is 256.2 cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
