Ideal if you’re after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• The handles have paint chips. Part(s) are metal and so could easily be hidden with some touch up paint or replaced.
• Some of the rubber wedge gasket is too short for the glass but you can easily replace this.
• All Door pane corners have been slightly sliced off externally(see last photo), however these are hardly noticeable and would not effect the operation of the product at all.
• Missing sill end caps.
• One pane of glass for a door has been replaced but has no tint so a film maybe needed to be put on the glass to match the others. The glass will come with the doors but your fitter will have to fit it.

Security

• 5 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 65.8 cm in width.
• Just the frame width is 179.6 cm.
• The width with just one sidelight is 245.4 cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• One pane of glass for a door has been replaced but has no tint so a film maybe needed to be put on the glass to match the others. The glass will come with the doors but your fitter will have to fit it.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
