Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
Security
- 9 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 ‘Mila’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 33.5cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 169.9cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 203.4cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White,
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
