Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Handles for this item are missing these can be ordered online and easily fitted.
- Missing one hinge cover, which could be purchased online and are easy to fit. They are purely cosmetic, and not crucial to the installation or operation of the doors.
Security
- 9 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 42.5cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 163.2cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 205.7cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has White coloured handles.
