The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

uPVC French Doors with sidelights.
Would cost around £2,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Screw holes on the frames from previous installation (see photos) – these could easily be filled and made less visible.
- Small scuff on the sill (see photos) – this could be easily touched up.
- Some marks and residual paint around the edges of the frame from the previous installation, which will be mostly concealed when installed again, and could be easily touched up/removed.
- Paint chips to the hinges, which could also be easily touched up.
- Sill End Cap missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
- There is a 2cm add on to the height on doors and sidelights as well as a 1.5cm width add on to each sidelight outer edge.
Security
- 11 point ‘Mila’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 new barrels and 6 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 62.5 cm in width with a 1.5cm add on added to each side so including the add on would be 64cm.
- Just the door width is 139.9cm.
- The doors with one sidelight would be 202.4cm in width.
- Both sidelights have casement style windows which open externally (see photos).
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The handles are Silver and the hinges are White.
