uPVC French Doors in White, with Sidelights and a Toplight.
Bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £2,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Some marks around the edges of the frame, but these would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Small hole at the bottom of the frame, but this can easily be filled/ hidden with trim when installed.
Security
- 7 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 ‘Window Ware’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Top light
- The top light / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 205.9cm.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 34.6cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 136.2cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 170.8cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
