Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Light marks around the frame (see photos), this is only cosmetic and can be touched up.
• Slightly chipped around the edge of the frame (see photos) these could be covered with trim by your fitter on installation.
• Light marks on the hinge (see photos) this is only cosmetic and does not effect the function of the door.
• Small screw holes in frame (see photos), these can be filled.
• Sill is marked but can be replaced if you wanted to use it.

Security

• 4 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
