• Gasket slightly loose (see photo), however new gasket is available online and is easy to install.
• Screw holes on the internal side (see photo), but this can be easily filled or touched up.

Security

• 7 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Toplight

• The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 205.5cm.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 53.5cm in width.
• Just the frame width is 161cm.
• The width with just one sidelight is 214.5cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
