Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- One panel of glazing for the main traffic door has been ordered and will arrive with the item upon delivery, ready to be installed.
- One section of beading for a toplight is slightly loose (see photo). The glazing is still secure in the frame, however, this may need to be rectified by your fitter.
- The sill is slightly shorter than the doors and sidelights together, to suit the previous installation. New sills can be purchased online and fitted by your installer.
Security
- 5 point ‘Avocet’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 8 ‘LSH’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Sidelight / Window
- There are multiple widths to the sidelight/windows, see below the sizes:
- Sidelight width: 81.5cm
- Sidelight width: 81.8cm
- The sidelights can be fitted either side.
- Just the frame width is 180.5cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
