Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Missing the vent cover on the internal side and one hinge cap (see photos), however, these are all available to purchase online and are easy to fit.
• The gasket is is torn in places, and could do with being replaced (see photos). Replacement gaskets are available to purchase online.

Security

• 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys for the doors & 2 for the windows.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 42cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 119.6cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 161.6cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
