uPVC Back Door bespoke made to a very high standard, we are not sure on the exact age of this door, but it is modern, in great condition, and appears to have seen little use.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Small dent externally on the frame (see photo), which is purely cosmetic. 
• Missing door hinge cap and one locking plate (see photo). But this can be purchased online at a low expense, and easy to fit.
• Tarnished handles, new handles can be purchased online if desired and are easy to fit.

Security

• 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Kinetica’ key.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal gold spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak), with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
