Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Cosmetic paint scratch on the door (see photo), however this can easily be touched up.
• Hinge caps are missing (see photo), but new hinge caps are available online and easy to install.
• The handle is slightly loose, however it still operates as intended. The exterior handle also has some small cosmetic marks (see photos). New handles can be purchased online and are easy to fit.

Security

• 5 point ‘Avocet’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, frosted metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has a decorative frosted pattern on the glazing.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak), with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Gold Chrome.
