We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:

-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
Security
- 5 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.
- Has a ‘Yale’ door chain on the inside for added security.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 51.8cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 105.1cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 156.9cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal black spacer bar.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has leaded Georgian Bars externally & inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you will need to replace the glazing entirely.
Colour
- Externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Rosewood), with a matching frame either side.
- Handles are Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
