uPVC Front Door with Sidelight in White, bespoke made to a high quality.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• The paint is slightly chipped on the handles (see photos) which could be easily touched up.
• Odd/faint marks in some places which are hardly noticeable and could also be easily touched up.
• The trim between the sidelight and door frame is slightly too short, but this would be hidden with trim when installed.
• The sill was cut-to-shape to suit the previous installation (see photos) and may need to be trimmed slightly before installing again.

Missing Parts

1 Sill End Cap, Rain Sill, and Door Knocker are missing, however these can all be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• High quality 6 point locking system making it very secure.
• Has a new barrel and comes with 3 ‘DeCentis’ keys.
• Includes a chain restrictor and two sash jammers (uPVC latches) on the internal side for additional security.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Sidelight / Window

• There is one sidelight of width 49cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 92.7cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• The sidelight has Georgian Bars internally, inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
• The door has a leaded diamond design externally on the glazing, with ornate stained glass, distorted with a rippled Minster effect.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
