Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
Small cracks on the frame, however they will be covered by the trim when installed (see photos) .
Screw holes on the front of the frame, but they can be filled in easily (see photos).
Light marks on the door handle which can easily be touched up (see photos).

Security

High quality 7 point locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
No condensation occurring between the panes.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
The colour of the handles & hinges are White.
