The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- The sidelight at the moment has no glass – we can order this is at an estimated cost of £150 for clear glass. Alternatively you may want to cut the sidelight off.
Security
- 5 point ‘KFV’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with a new barrel and 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Sidelight / Window
- There is one sidelight of width 60cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 90.1cm.
Glazing
- The Glazing in the door is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- If you wanted leaded diamond or distorted glass this would be additional – please contact us for a quotation.
- There is no glazing for the sidelight but we can order it in at a cost of £150 total inc VAT for clear glass, this will take 5-7 days to be delivered to us.
- Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
- Glass will pass building regulations.

- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
