Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There are a few small holes and a few paint chips on the internal side. Defect(s) are only cosmetic and could be filled and or touched up and do not affect the operation of the product at all.
• There is a small crack on the external side. Defect(s) are only cosmetic and could be filled and or touched up and do not affect the operation of the product at all.
• The main locking plate is missing (see photos) which could be purchased online and installed by a competent fitter.

Security

• 5 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, distorted, toughened with , Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has leaded pattern design externally & internally inside the glazing, These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally is White and internally is Green, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
