Upvc White Front Door
uPVC Front Door.
Would cost around £800.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Sticker which will come off with strong cleaner under the door knocker externally.
- Missing sill end caps.
Security
- 5 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace the whole panel.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
