The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ clean condition both sides, with just the odd light mark in places- see photos.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Screw holes internally on the frame from the previous alarm system (see photos), however these could be easily filled or covered with a new replacement alarm system.
- One of the hinge covers slightly broken (see last photo) – this will not effect the operation of the hinge in any way, and these can be purchased online at a low expense.
- Missing rain sill end caps which can also be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- High quality 5 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘JMA’ key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is thick 20mm/24mm double glazed, beveled, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Decorative leaded glass, with a distorted texture and a lovely beveled 3D design inside.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
