Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ clean condition both sides, with just the odd light mark in places- see photos. 
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Screw holes internally on the frame from the previous alarm system (see photos), however these could be easily filled or covered with a new replacement alarm system.
• One of the hinge covers slightly broken (see last photo) – this will not effect the operation of the hinge in any way, and these can be purchased online at a low expense.
• Missing rain sill end caps which can also be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• High quality 5 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘JMA’ key.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is thick 20mm/24mm double glazed, beveled, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Decorative leaded glass, with a distorted texture and a lovely beveled 3D design inside.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
