Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ clean condition both sides, with just the odd light mark in places- see photos.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
Screw holes internally on the frame from the previous alarm system (see photos), however these could be easily filled or covered with a new replacement alarm system.
One of the hinge covers slightly broken (see last photo) – this will not effect the operation of the hinge in any way, and these can be purchased online at a low expense.
Missing rain sill end caps which can also be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

High quality 5 point locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 1 ‘JMA’ key.

Opening

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

Glazing is thick 20mm/24mm double glazed, beveled, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Decorative leaded glass, with a distorted texture and a lovely beveled 3D design inside.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
Has matching White coloured furniture.
