Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Small cosmetic crack and 2 small screw holes on the top of the frame and door internally (see photos) – these could be easily be filled and touched up.
- Small cosmetic chip on the side of the frame (see photos) which could be filled and touched up.
Security
- 5 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Sidelight / Window
- There is one sidelight of width 44.5cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 92.5cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has leaded Georgian Bars externally and internally inside the glazing, giving a high quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you will need to replace the glazing entirely.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is White.

We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
