Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Paint on the handles is slightly worn as you would expect on a pre-owned door. This could be easily touched up.
• The gasket on the external side has been secured with silicone (see photos) – this still provides an effective seal and is only a cosmetic defect.
• Small scratch on the external letterbox cover (see photos) which could be easily touched up or repainted.
• Some marks around the edges of the frame from the previous installation which would be hidden with trim when the door is installed again.

Security

• 3 point ‘Roto’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has a brand new barrel and comes with 3 ‘Patons’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Distorted glass with a decorative leaf texture (see photos).
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The handles are Black and the hinges are White.
