uPVC Front Door with Top light in white, bespoke made to a high quality.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Residue adhesive and light marks in places, which could be removed with a scraper and strong cleaner or covered with trim. See in photos.
- 2 screw holes from previous door bell can be covered with a replacement door bell or filled. See in photos.
- Internal gasket is frayed and does not affect the operation of the door, see in photos.
- The beading for the toplight is missing. New beading could be purchased online and installed by your fitter.
Security
- 9 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Top light
- The top light / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 207.8cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has leaded diamond design externally & internally inside the glazing.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
