Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Screw holes on the external frame from previous bell and alarm system this can be covered by trim for a low expense.
One of the hinge clips are missing please see last photo.
The sidelight at the moment has no glass – we can order this is at an estimated cost of £60 for clear glass. Alternatively you may want to cut the sidelight off.

Security

7 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

Glazing for the door is double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
If you wanted leaded diamond or distorted glass for the sidelight this would be additional – please contact us for a quotation.
There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Has leaded diamond design externally on the glazing.
Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely design.
There is no glazing for the sidelight but we can order it in at a cost of £60 total inc VAT for clear glass, this will take 5-7 days to be delivered to us.
Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations.
