Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Very clean condition both sides.
• Screws around the edges of the frame, which may have previously been used to secure trim. These could be easily removed and the holes filled.
• Door panel is slightly discoloured (as you may expect to see on a pre-owned uPVC door) and can be replaced.
• A chip on the external right-hand side of frame (see photos) which can be covered with trim by your fitter on installation.
• 2 screw holes from previous address number (see photos) which can easily be filled, or covered with your own number.

Security

• 3 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Zone’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Sidelight / Window

• There is one sidelight of width 32.2cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 93.9cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
